Ingredients

  • 1 large Avocado peeled and seeded
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried chives
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp cold water or more as needed
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except water to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dressing has reached your desired consistency.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
