INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups nut flour (I use almond flour or ground almonds)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup melted butter (or you can use olive oil or coconut oil)
- ½ – 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 mashed bananas (extra ripe)
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into a buttered baking pan.
Bake at 350F (180C) until to springs back when touched (about 40 minutes).
