INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups nut flour (I use almond flour or ground almonds)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup melted butter (or you can use olive oil or coconut oil)
  • ½ – 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 mashed bananas (extra ripe)

 

Mix all ingredients.

Pour into a buttered baking pan.

Bake at 350F (180C) until to springs back when touched (about 40 minutes).
