MCT oil is a dietary supplement that is made up of medium chain triglycerides which are fats that can be found in coconut oil, palm kernel oil and dairy products. At the clinic we recommend a 100% pure one made out of coconut oil.

Here is a recipe for a healthy mocha that you can have every morning, ideally after your protein shake. I have been drinking this for the past 2 weeks and I am hooked! I love it and it helps me to stay focused in the mornings which are usually busy for me.
