What Is It?
The June Wellness Walk-Off is a 30-day walking challenge hosted by Miranda Naturopathic Clinic inside our private Facebook group: Supporting Women’s Health and Hormones.
Our goal is to motivate you to move, support your hormones naturally, and stay accountable—together!
When Does It Run?
Start Date: June 1, 2025
End Date: June 30, 2025
Winners Announced: July 1, 2025
How to Participate
Walk outside as much as you like during the month of June.
Use any fitness tracker or app to track your steps (e.g. Apple Health, Fitbit, Pacer, Samsung Health).
Every Friday, post the following in the group:
A photo of you walking outdoors (selfie or creative shot)
Your weekly step count (screenshot or text)
Be sure to include the hashtag: #JuneWellnessWalkOff
Prizes
The two members with the highest total steps by June 30 will each win a:
$100 gift card
Redeemable toward any treatment or service at Miranda Naturopathic Clinic.
