Colon Hydrotherapist .

My name is Hollace Burnett-Simmonds, I am a wife and mother of 4 adult sons. I was born on the small Island of Barbados. It is where I developed an interest in plants and nature. I am a non-conventionalist and I take a holistic approach to living. As a vegan, I harvest most of my own organic vegetables, fruits, honey, and medicinal plants. From 2008-2018 I was employed as a Diet Aid and Diet Tech within the Region of Durham. During this time, I gained a significant understanding of Nutrients and their impact on the body. This awareness pushed me to further explore different elements of plants and their healing properties. Through my personal research and many nutrition conferences, I discovered the link between food and wellness. My desire to help people experience a better quality of life led me to colonics. I enrolled at The Canadian School of Colon Hydrotherapy where I gained my colonic certification. In 2018, I decided it was time to fully pursue one of my lifelong dreams. I dove headlong into herbology and apothecary. While in my spare time you will always find me reading research literature, planting, harvesting or setting some kind of tincture, the opportunity to join the Miranda Naturopathic Clinic is the opening of yet another chapter to which I am very much looking forward to. I deem it an honour to be part of your evolving healthcare team.
