Recipe For Adrenal Fatigue

Suffering from Adrenal Fatigue can be very troublesome and can lead to many other health concerns. One of the main things my patients benefit from is making sure they have a good breakfast which should include at least 15 g of protein. Then, you MUST eat a snack by 10am to replenish your energy requirements, or ideally you want to have an early lunch (before noon), a nutritious snack by 2pm-3pm and your evening meal should be eaten between 5pm-6pm.

Try the “Adrenal Recovery Soup”
16oz green beans
1 cup chopped celery
1 zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup spring water
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp paprika
1 cup chicken broth
Pepper to taste
Combine ingredients and simmer for one hour until vegetables are tender.
