Are you tired of all those hot flashes and night sweats?  Are you tired of not sleeping well at night and of dealing with the embarrassment of getting all red and hot in the middle of your working day?

Women are told that these symptoms are a “common” part of menopause and that they just need to learn to live with it. 

Well, I couldn’t disagree more!  I am here to tell you that “common” doesn’t make “normal”.

The first step is the get a thorough evaluation of your hormones.  You need to get tested because the same symptom can be from different hormonal imbalances.  For example, hot flashes can occur from a case of low estrogen, low progesterone but also from high cortisol.  How can you know what is the best treatment for you without knowing where your hormone levels are?

We live in an era when many women are turning to natural products to manage their hot flashes and night sweats.  But just because a specific product helped your friend or sister, doesn’t mean that the same product will be the answer to your problems.
