- 2 5-ounce cans water-packed tuna fish, drained well
- ¼ cup olive oil mayo
- 1 scallion (green onion), chopped
- 2 dill pickles, chopped
- ½ tsp mustard (optional)

- In a small bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
